Who we are

The foundation of Ristorante SU DI NOI lies in a story with roots in Italy. The path led via Hamburg to Mallorca.

Michele Matassa is a restaurateur with a clear track record. In Hamburg, he turned the “TRE PAZZI Café & Bar” in Winterhude into a hotspot. He does not stand in the background. He manages the day-to-day running of the restaurant, sets the direction, and brings people together. He is visible and part of the action.

This project is not a solo effort. The success of Ristorante SU DI NOI is based on family cohesion. His wife Jasmin is his stable support. While Michele works on the front line, Jasmin provides structure and calm in the background. Without this connection and their work as a couple, the concept would not work.

It is not about self-promotion, but about genuine hospitality that grows out of the family.

Michele combines Italian roots with North German directness. Jasmin brings calm and structure. Together, they create a framework in which professionalism and down-to-earthness naturally belong together.

While we reinterpret Italian tradition in our cuisine, their abstract works deliberately break with the familiar with powerful explosions of color and clear expressiveness.
