  • How does redeeming the voucher work?

    The voucher is treated like cash. Please bring it with you in printed or digital form and show it to the service staff before paying.

  • Can partial amounts be redeemed?

    Yes. You can use the voucher on multiple visits until the credit has been completely used up.

  • What payment options are available?

    Payment is made by credit card or cash. Corporate customers have the option of ordering on account. (Stripe)

  • How long is the voucher valid?

    The voucher is valid for 24 months from the date of issue. This gives you plenty of time to redeem it at the restaurant.

  • Didn't receive your voucher after payment?

    If you haven’t received an email after 60 minutes, please check your spam folder first. If the voucher is still missing, send us a message. We will take care of the delivery.

  • Can vouchers be canceled or refunded?

    Restaurant vouchers cannot be canceled or refunded. If you have any questions, please contact us directly.

  • Is a cash payout possible?

    No, the value of the voucher cannot be paid out in cash.

  • Do I need to mention that I have a voucher when making my reservation?

    No, that is not absolutely necessary. You can simply present the voucher when you visit. We generally recommend making a reservation to ensure you get a table.

  • What happens if I lose my voucher?

    The voucher will be sent as a PDF via email. You can print it out again at any time or show it digitally. If you can no longer find the email, please write to us with your name and the date of purchase.

  • Can I also use the voucher for exclusive events?

    Yes. The voucher can be used anywhere. It is valid for the daily menu as well as for all special events at the restaurant.
